A Registered Natural Health Practitioner, RNHP is a natural health professional who educates and guides individuals or groups in natural health and wellness. The health and wellness healing arts may include; holistic health, naturopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, massage therapy, homeopathy, functional medicine, biblical medicine & counseling, wellness coaching, wholistic medicine, and much more.
A Registered Natural Health Practitioner, RNHP has membership and registration with a national and international registry of natural health professionals governed by the IANHP.
Unlike many other natural health professionals, the Registered Natural Health Practitioner, RNHP can operate in all 50 States and abroad because it’s designation is not in license competition with any natural healing group or association.
The prestigious designation, RNHP is held to high standards and ethics. Approved applicants receive a certificate of registration via email and are listed in our Practitioner’s Directory. RNHP registration includes membership with the IANHP which entitles the practitioner to the privilege of receiving professional assistance with business or practice matters.
Requirements
The RNHP designation and registration are offered to all-natural health consultants and practitioners that have completed coursework in the following subjects:
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Chemistry and Nutrition
- Detoxification
- Herbal Studies
- Natural Health Assessment
- Natural Health Approaches
- Professional Guidelines and Ethics

Continuing Education
The RNHP is required to submit yearly continuing education units of 2.5 actual hours. This can be completed online or in class.
Note: RNHPs cannot diagnose or treat unless they are licensed medical doctors. The RNHP designation is a registration of recognition with the IANHP.
